At first i planned to go to Comex but ya I am too lazy to go out and thinkin of i should jus get the com on sun since i will be out on tht day.
So, decided to try out the tiramisu as i had already got the ingredients ready.
 
Actually Tiramisu is really easy to make, and the steps are not so complicated. This time i tried out the traditional Tiramisu, whereby its in layers of cheese mixture and the ladyfinger biscuits. I choose the receipe without cream and its those very soft cake which is not able to slice into pieces.
 
Ingredients as follows:
 
6 eggs
500g of mascarpone cheese, don't use substitutes
300g Savoiardi (lady fingers)
500ml strong Italian coffee
120ml dry Marsala wine
120g sugar
3 Tbsp. un-sweetened cocoa
 
Steps:
 
1) Separate the egg yolks and whites.
2) Beat the egg yolks and sugar into pale yellow mixture over hot water.
3) Gradually add in the mascarpone cheese into the yolk mixture and stir everything is combine.
4) Add a pinch of salt into the egg white and whip till stiff peak.
5) Fold in the egg white to the cheese mixture.
6) Combine the coffee and liquor.
7) Dip both side of the ladyfinger biscuits into the coffee and lay them in the cake dish. Spread half of the cheese mixture on top of the lady fingers.
8) Make another layer by repeating Step 7.
9) Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder.
10)  Cover the Tiramisu with clear foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Feedback from the cake is ok, just that the liquor is too much >.<
ok i think i have to reduce the liquor percentage the next try XD
